Massage Therapies

Each massage features the use of hot towels and warm oils, which can be upgraded on the day to aromatherapy or Body Sanctum’s signature Pure Fiji coconut oil. Massage Packages combining various treatments are available to help you reach the pinnacle of relaxation.

Relaxation Massage
A traditional Swedish relaxation massage using long & flowing, kneading strokes, leaving you with an overall sense of well being.

Deep Tissue Massage
A customised massage if you are looking for more detailed body work on muscle groups. Ideal if you prefer a massage with firm pressure to relieve tension.

Pregnancy Massage
A special massage to relax & re-balance pre-pregnancy or postpregnancy. This nurturing massage will relieve pressure on the lower back, legs & feet. Body Sanctum have specially designed massage tables for your comfort during this exciting time of change. Maternity massages can only be done after the 1st trimester.

Couples Massage
Body Sanctum have transformed massage into a memorable experience to be shared with a special friend, family member or partner.

Remedial Massage
A results-driven massage where your Body Sanctum therapist focuses on specific areas and uses different techniques and deeper pressure, such as trigger point therapy. A Remedial Massage is perfect for tense, stiff, damaged and knotted muscles. To optimise results, enhancements can be included in your massage

Reflexology
Thumb & finger pressure is used on reflex points of the feet, which stimulates the energy flow to specific organs & structures in the body, assisting them to function better. A sole to soul foot revival!

Indian Head Massage
This deeply relaxing, de-stressing head, neck & shoulder massage relieves stress and tension of everyday life. In this session, no thinking is allowed!

Hot Stone Massage
Be lulled into a state of deep relaxation as smooth heated stones glide over your body as an extension of your therapists’ hands. The heat of the stones and their healing energy penetrate the deeper layers of your muscles relieving tension and leaving you feeling relaxed from head to toes.

Luxury Couples Package- 1.5 or 2 Hours
Sip on a glass of bubbles and relax side by side with your loved one at Body Sanctum with a foot soak, scrub and massage followed by a 60 or 90 minute aromatherapy massage. Hot stones are placed on key points of your back throughout your massage for even deeper muscle relaxation.

Pure Revival - 1.5 Hours
Unwind with a relaxing foot soak, scrub and lower leg massage at Body Sanctum, followed by a full body massage of your choice.

Luxury Escape - 1.5 Hours
A warm foot soak & scrub followed by a de-stressing back massage and Body Sanctum’s hydrating Manuka Honey facial.

O Cosmedics Dermal Facial & Peels- 60 mins
These more technical facial treatments are designed to cleanse, repair, rejuvenate and improve skin tone and texture. Every O Cosmedics Dermal Facial and Peel are prescribed for your exact skin concern and needs. They include a deep cleanse, exfoliation, peel, alginate mask and soothing massage and application of treatment serums, hydrators and an SPF. Body Sanctum’s 7 peels are fruit enzyme based gel solutions that gently loosen redundant, damaged skin cells at a level that other forms of exfoliation cannot reach, allowing fresh, youthful skin to shine through. Experience a whole new level of healthy, even and toned skin. The following conditions respond brilliantly to O Cosmedics peels: oiliness, open pores, acne, blackheads, fine lines and wrinkles, uneven tone/texture, redness, rosacea, uneven pigmentation and sun damage.

Fiji Island Facial & Ritual - 60 mins
Sink into island time with this Pure Fiji facial at Body Sanctum. Your Fiji Island Facial & Ritual begins with a Lomi Lomi back massage followed by a thorough cleanse, tone, exfoliation, masque and moisturiser application. Experience a Pure Fiji heaven warming foot wrap while your masque sets. Perfect for all skin types.

Pure Fiji Vitamin C Brightening Facial - 60 mins
Even skin tone, smooth texture and brighten lacklustre complexions, from the first cleanse to the final hydration and everything that comes in-between with the power of Vitamin C. Your Body Sanctum treatment starts with a deep pore cleanse with Vitamin C foaming cleanser. To remove dull, dead skin cells, a gentle exfoliating scrub followed by complete rehydration and nourishment with a Luxury Face oil massage, with a final application of Body Sanctum’s potent Vitamin C masque. While the masque is left to work its magic, enjoy a relaxing arm and hand massage. After masque removal, finishing products are applied and you are left with resurfaced, radiant, rejuvenated and smooth skin.
